We are delighted to partner again with our friends at Edge Restaurant in Bethlehem, Pa., to create a scrumptious family meal that keeps you out of the kitchen and supports Monocacy Farm Project at the same time. Chef Tim from Edge has curated a scrumptious menu prepared with fresh ingredients for Curbside with Monocacy Farm Project, a family meal for four for just $60 ($30 from each family meal benefits MFP).

Tell your friends and family to call Edge at 610-814-0100 by close of business on Saturday, July 26.
Tell the restaurant that you are ordering Curbside with Monocacy Farm Project.
Choose your date and time for food pickup between 4 and 6 p.m. on Monday-Wednesday, July 28-30.
Give a credit card over the phone to hold your curbside reservation.
When you arrive, pull curbside at Edge and call 610-814-0100 to tell the staff that you've arrived.
The restaurant will charge your credit card and deliver your food and credit card statement out to you. You never have to leave your car!

Pairing for a Cause 2025
Join Monocacy Farm Project and some of our special friends for the perfect late-summer evening — our fifth annual Pairing for a Cause — set for 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 12, at Black River Farms Vineyard & Winery.

Monocacy Farm Food Festival
Join us for the 10th Annual Monocacy Farm Food Festival on the Farm! This exciting day will include local food and craft vendors, live music, Bob Swaim's environmentally-friendly toys, “Meet the Bees” on the Farm, crafts and activities, farm tours, great raffles and more!
Bring the kids for fall-themed activities and pick up some unique foods and crafts created by folks right here in the Lehigh Valley. There is something for everyone!
The festivities run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with free parking and free admission. While you're here, be sure to grab some official Monocacy Farm Project merch and fresh produce grown on the Farm. All proceeds benefit the Monocacy Farm Project.

Blessing of the Animals
Bring your pets to Monocacy Farm Project, a ministry of the School Sisters of St. Francis in Bethlehem, Pa., for a traditional blessing of the animals to be held outdoors upon the Feast of Saint Francis.
For the safety of every person and pet, all animals must be leashed or otherwise secured.
