The Pick-Your-Own (PYO) produce program at Monocacy Farm Project in Bethlehem, Pa., welcomes all to come out to the farm and harvest your own sustainably-grown produce each week throughout the growing season, which usually runs June through October.

To take part, join the program for a $10 contribution on your first visit to the farm and then donate for the produce you harvest throughout the season.

Offerings vary week-to-week. These include zucchini, yellow summer squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, collard greens, scallions, carrots, beets, lettuce, dill, cilantro and parsley. For the first time ever, we’re growing potatoes and strawberries too! A variety of flowers also are available.

The PYO program runs from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Out of respect for those at risk, visitors are asked to observe appropriate health and safety practices.

All contributions benefit the Monocacy Farm Project in support of the farm’s Grow Healthy Community Initiative, which provides weekly donations of healthy, freshly-harvested produce to Lehigh Valley soup kitchens and food pantries throughout the growing season.

The farm is located adjacent to Monocacy Manor at 395 Bridle Path Road, Bethlehem, Pa. 18017. Visitors are asked to use the gravel road entrance that runs parallel to the farm fence (just up the road a bit from the main entrance and across from Cross Creek Road).
